The purpose of this document is to regulate the Terms and Conditions of the RoleRotation Store, operated by RoleRotation (Felipe y Tiago), registered in Portugal. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. About Our Products
All products in the RoleRotation Store are official merchandise connected to the RoleRotation method and community. Products are created on demand via our print-on-demand partner, meaning each item is unique and produced only once ordered.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on this website are the property of RoleRotation / Felipe y Tiago and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. All purchases can be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal during the checkout process.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times: Portugal: 5–10 business days | Europe: 7–14 business days | Rest of the world: 10–25 business days. We are not responsible for customs fees, delays, or lost packages.
5. Returns and Refunds
As all products are custom-made on demand, returns and exchanges are not supported for wrong size, color, or change of mind. However, in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. 6. Right of Withdrawal
As per EU consumer protection laws (Decree-Law No. 24/2014), customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods. Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
RoleRotation is not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, beyond what is required by applicable law. We make no guarantees about the uninterrupted availability of the website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese Law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
