The products on this website are created by an external print-on-demand company (Printify), which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at info@rolerotation.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

2. Consumer Rights
As per Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and EU consumer protection laws: Customers have 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods. Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
